Part I
The early commute. Grey light, queued buses, a dog walk finishing just as the sanitation shift clocks in. The city rehearsing its day before it's properly decided to wake up.
Part II
The commute back. Bikes streaking past a queue that hasn't moved, a bus finally pulling in to take them home. Such is the life of the salaryman.
Part III
The dark sets in, streets slicking with rain, neon catching in the puddles. Storefronts looking for the attention of weary workers, to make them forget their tribulations, if only for a bit.
